Animal Care Now, Inc. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

 

The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be:

 

(a) to provide immediate emergency funding for animals in distress.

 

(b) funding categories may include:

1.    Emergency disaster response

2.    Trauma or emergency unforeseen medical response

3.     Immediate care, food, shelter, evacuation, transportation, emergency                     personnel serviced provided by a qualified organization

4.     Need-based support for owned animals

5.     Reuniting military veterans and first responders with lost or displaced                   animals

 

(c) to engage in other activities related to educating the public about animal welfare and animal welfare as a way of improving the lives of all member of the general public.

 

(d) to directly engage ongoing efforts established in communities where ongoing support is required to help relieve animals in emergency situations.

 

Our programs include sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the cause on a local and global level, and to hold fundraising events in order to provide immediate relief and assistance to animals suffering from chronic or emergency distress.

 

To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c) (3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.

 

At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we may provide internships or volunteer opportunities which shall provide opportunities for involvement in said activities and programs in order to have a greater impact for change.
