ACN Veterinary Grant Details

 

ACN is proud to announce the official launch of the Veterinary Medical Grant program.

Rescuers, fosters, and other good Samaritans may apply for assistance with medical care for animals in need

​

ACN Veterinary Grant Terms and Conditions

  • All funds must go directly to the veterinary clinic, so applicants must make sure their veterinary clinic will accept payments over the phone. 

  • ACN grants are for emergency or urgent medical care. Priority will be given to urgent cases. Routine medical and preventive care will not qualify. 

  • Every effort will be made to respond to applications within 48 hours of receipt. If you have not received a response after 48 hours, please feel free to follow up by email to jj@animalcarenow.org 

  • Applications will be considered in the order they are received.

  • Applicants may apply for more than one pet in need; however, each pet must have an individual application on file. 

  • Applicants must provide ACN with details about the medical services the pet needs, a background summary of the pet, and at least 2-3 pictures. 

  • Applicants must agree to send ACN images and updates on all pets receiving financial assistance.

  • Applicants must agree that ACN may share this information on their website and social media. 

  • ACN understands that some applicants may not want their contact information shared online therefore ACN will never share applicant information without permission. If the applicant (rescue or individual) would like to be tagged on our social media posts, please list your handles/usernames on the application

  • Applicants are encouraged to post about ACN's Veterinary Grant Program to help more people become aware of this service and encourage donations so that we can continue to provide this life-saving assistance. Please tag ACN on posts about the pet. 

  • Applicants must agree to send ACN images and updates on all pets receiving financial assistance. ACN may share this information on its website and social media. 

  • Applicants must send at least 1-3 updated images or videos and a short description of the pet's recovery 30 to 60 days after medical care is received to jj@animalcarenow.org 

  • Applicants will request the grant amount on the online application. The amount will be reviewed; the application does not guarantee all requests will be awarded or awarded at the requested level.

  • ACN reserves the right to make the final determinations on grant awards.
